Call for standard timeline to book ETS platinum tickets

I AM writing to highlight what seems to be a discriminatory practice of the Electric Train Service (ETS) operated by KTMB (Keretapi Tanah Melayu Berhad) pertaining to the availability of platinum tickets for passengers travelling between Ipoh and Kuala Lumpur.

Tickets for the platinum service between Ipoh and Kuala Lumpur are only made available for purchase 24 hours before the scheduled departure time. These tickets appear on the KTMB website, mobile app, and at ticket counters just 24 hours in advance. This is a significant inconvenience for Ipoh-ites and travellers who wish to plan their journeys in advance.
