Ensure public has basic mental health literacy


THE director of the Terengganu Health Department said in a statement on Oct 11 that there is no record of mental health care at any state health facility for the 49-year-old woman involved in a road accident that left three university students dead and another in critical condition.

This implies that it is important to have a government record of mental health treatment before “qualifying” to be mentally sick.
