IT IS unbelievable and alarming to be informed that there are 400,000 with unpaid PTPTN loans (The Star, Nov 22).
It must be reminded that loans taken are to be repaid. The National Higher Education Fund (PTPTN) is a revolving fund set up to help needy students to pursue their tertiary education. It is a loan without interest!
