Moral duty of all PTPTN borrowers to repay their loans


I WAS deeply disheartened when I read about National Higher Education Fund Corporation (PTPTN) borrowers who default on their loan repayments, believing they are entitled to do so.

Adding to my frustration was the fact that their attitude, especially the long-term defaulters, was politically motivated. And they even had the cheek to accuse PTPTN of being inconsiderate for “threatening” to take punitive action against them.
