Six-month wait to get refund for road tax

ANYONE who goes to the Road Transport Department (JPJ) to get a refund on their cancelled road tax will leave with a heavy heart.

When you sell your vehicle/s and thereafter cancel the road tax, you can claim the amount for the valid period of the road tax. However, the application form for the refund clearly states that one must choose (by ticking the boxes provided) to get a refund or otherwise.
