Quality of service still falling short of public expectations


CHIEF Secretary to the Government Tan Sri Shamsul Azri Abu Bakar has rightly expressed concern over the quality of public service delivery.

He said this could have been caused by officers staying too long at counters, causing them to suffer high stress levels with a concomitant reduction in productivity.
