Former Sarawak governor Tun Abdul Taib Mahmud passed away at a private hospital in Kuala Lumpur at 4.40am on Wednesday (Feb 21). He was 87. Abdul Taib's remains will be at the National Mosque in Kuala Lumpur before being flown back to Kuching.
