NORASEELA Khalid is the most successful woman 400m hurdler ever produced by Malaysia.

From 1999 to 2012, she ruled as the undisputed queen of South-East Asia, winning gold in four straight SEA Games. She was also a feared athlete in all of Asia, bagging silver in the Asian Championships in Incheon in 2005 and bronze in the Doha Asian Games in 2006.
