Trial run: Khairul will compete in the 400m at the Malaysian Athletics Grand Prix this weekend.

KUALA LUMPUR: Khairul Hafiz Jantan will not be in action in the event where he made headlines at the 2017 Kuala Lumpur SEA Games.

The Games’ 100m champion has made a switch and will now compete in the 400m in the Malaysian Athletics Grand Prix, which begins today at the National Sports Council (NSC) training track in Bukit Jalil.
