PETRUCIO Ferreira of Brazil plans on living up to his billing as the Usain Bolt of para athletics in Tokyo.

The world’s fastest Paralympian could lower his own world record in the men’s 100m T47 today on a super-fast track where numerous records were shattered during the Olympic Games.
