PETALING JAYA: Umar Osman shattered his own men’s 400m national record to reach the semi-finals at the World University Games in Chengdu on Tuesday (Aug 1).
Running in Lane 2 of Heat 1, Umar clocked 46.33s to break his record of 46.34s set during the Cambodia SEA Games in May.
