Mixed draw makes it tough for Zii Jia in back-to-back meets


The good and the bad: Lee Zii Jia will not have nemeses Momota and Anthony in his half of the draw in the first Thai Open but will clash with either one of them earlier in the other Open.

PETALING JAYA: It will be tough for national No. 1 Lee Zii Jia to make it a double joy in Thailand.

Based on the draw released by the World Badminton Federation (BWF) yesterday, the 22-year-old Zii jia has received a mixed draw for the back-to-back Opens in Bangkok from Jan 12-17 and Jan 19-23 respectively.
