PETALING JAYA: World No. 14 Chow Mei Kuan-Lee Meng Yean bowed out of the World Tour Finals but they can keep their chin up.

The ambitious duo had hoped to become the first Malaysian pair to reach the women’s doubles final in 12 years since Chin Eei Hui-Wong Pei Tty in 2009, but they went down 14-21,15-21 in 49 minutes to world No. 4 Lee So-hee-Shin Sheung-chan of South Korea at the Impact Arena in Bangkok.
