Soon Huat hopes to be in tip-top condition to qualify for Tokyo


Think positive: The door to Tokyo is not entirely shut yet for Goh Soon Huat-Shevon Lai Jemie although they failed to make up any ground in Europe last month.

PETALING JAYA: Injury-prone Goh Soon Huat is keeping his fingers crossed that he can complete the final stretch of Olympics qualification period until June.

The 30-year-old admitted that his long-term struggle with injuries could scupper any remaining hopes he has with Shevon Lai Jemie to qualify for the Tokyo Games this July.
