Double joy for Nixon and Joinne at AJBC


PETALING JAYA: It was double joy for Nixon Ang (pic) and Lee Joinne after they both won the boys’ and girls’ Under-15 singles and doubles respectively at the Qualifying Round Five, Allianz Junior Badminton Championship (AJBC) 2022 at Universiti Sains Malaysia in Penang recently.

Nixon, who is from SMK Jalan Damai won the U-15 singles title and later went back on court to partner Khaw Kai Shyang from SMK Taman Inderawasih to claim the boys’ Under-15 doubles crown.
