Aaron-Wooi Yik withdraw from French Open


PETALING JAYA: Shuttlers Aaron Chia-Soh Wooi Yik have pulled out of the French Open men's doubles competition.

The recently crowned Denmark Open champions were scheduled to face Indonesia's world No. 13 pair Leo Rolly-Daniel Marthin in the first round of the competition in Rennes on Wednesday (Oct 25) but conceded a walkover.

"Aaron-Wooi Yik have withdrawn from the 2023 French Open," the Badminton Association of Malaysia (BAM) confirmed via social media.
