The Dragons, parading new signings Joshua Munzon and Allen Jeffrey 'AJ' West, were slow off the blocks and fizzled out down the stretch in a 79-90 defeat to the Tanduay Alab Pilipinas at the Fil Oil Flying V Arena in Manila on Wednesday.
