Gillian tells teammates to stay focused on medal hunt


PETALING JAYA: Despite being a debutant, Gillian Lim (pic) has set a high benchmark for herself in the Asian Championships.

The 23-year-old Gillian and her teammates Natasha Roslan, Esther Cheah, Sin Li Jane and Puteri Nurul Dini Mohd Fauzi blazed the lanes with scores of 724, 677, 721, 674 and 697 respectively to end the first block of six games in third position with a total of 3,493 pinfalls at the SCCA Bowling Centre in Hong Kong yesterday.
