AAA finds the pedal power

Gold at last: BMX cycling event winner Amer Akbar Anuar (centre) posing with silver medalist Darwish Putra Mohd Sanusi (back row left) and bronze medallist Wan Muhammad Izzat Wan Mohd Baihaki.

IT was a day of redemption for Amer Akbar Anuar at the Malaysia Games (Sukma) BMX cycling event.

The Terengganu cyclist, who has played second fiddle in the last two editions of the Games, finally turned silver into gold this year, ending his last Sukma on a high note.
