Huge bump for Elmi


BUTTERWORTH: It was a double whammy for Malaysia National Team’s Elmi Jumari at Stage 2 of Le Tour de Langkawi (LTdL) after the rider suffered a broken finger and was fined by UCI for causing a crash yesterday.

As the cavalcade arrived in Butterworth after riding 154.4km from Arau, Perlis, Elmi who was pinned to the barriers during the final 150m of the race, fell off his bike and took down several other riders around him.
