States should look at hosting sporting events as an investment, says Hannah


BINTULU: States in Malaysia need to change their perception about hosting sporting events from a recreational standpoint to an investment for their own future.

With Sarawak hosting the final two stages of Le Tour de Langkawi (LTdL), Youth and Sports Minister Hannah Yeoh said other states need to take the initiative to play their part in developing sports in their respective states.
