(Reuters) - Midfielder Mario Lemina faces a late fitness test to make Southampton's squad for Sunday's Premier League game with Everton, manager Mauricio Pellegrino said.

Lemina has missed the last three games with an ankle injury but Pellegrino said the club's record signing, who arrived from Juventus for an initial 17 million pounds in the summer, had begun training with the team.
