Saad the frontman in new football development plans


PETALING JAYA: The National Football Development Programme (NFDP) set-up is undergoing changes, but one man will remain to make sure the reshuffle pays dividends.

Former Algerian international Saad Ichalalene (pic) has been promoted from the NFDP state development director to NFDP technical director, effective Dec 1.
