PETALING JAYA: The Negri Sembilan Premier League returned to the Tuanku Abdul Rahman Stadium in Paroi, with lots of excitement – and a fair bit of awkwardness.

While players were raring to go on their first day of real training on the pitch after a three month absence, it felt strange not to have contact while playing and to stay a safe distance away from teammates.
