Malaysia A team blow rivals off course to bag team title

PETALING JAYA: It was a good start to the year for Malaysian golf as Hariz Hezri (72-78-75), Nor Haqiem Hadi (75-78-79), Mohd Ajmal Amin (81-73-76) and Syed Nor Ismail (78-82-78) combined to win the boys’ team title in the Selangor International Junior Golf Championship at Seri Selangor Golf Club.

The Malaysian A’s combined score of 683 cemented their first place, finishing a hefty 22 strokes ahead of Malaysia B and South Korea who each scored 705.
