PETALING JAYA: Toyota Tour leader Ervin Chang was on fire under the searing heat as he carded a five-under 67 to top the first round of the Alphard Cup at the Kota Seriemas Golf and Country Club in Nilai, Negri Sembilan yesterday.

The 24-year-old, who is heading the tour with RM119,088, sunk birdies on the first, third, 11th, 13th and 14th holes in a flawless bogey-free round.
