PETALING JAYA: Thailand’s Jasmine Suwannapura recovered from a shaky start to cling to her lead at the Maybank Championship, shooting a three-under 69 on a hot and humid day at Kuala Lumpur Golf and Country Club.

After shooting a career low nine-under round on Thursday, Suwannapura had to fight back from an early deficit to keep her place at the top of the leaderboard.
