New Zealand’s Lydia sets up chance for second LPGA title of 2024


LINGSHUI: Lydia Ko (pic) put herself in position yesterday to become the first player to win two LPGA events in 2024 with a six-under 66 in the third round at the Blue Bay tournament in China.

New Zealander Ko, who won the season-opening Tournament of Champions, is in a three way tie for the lead on 12-under 204 with American pair Bailey Tardy who also shot 66 and Sarah Schmelzel (69).
