Mirabel can’t wait to embark on her LPGA Tour adventure


KUALA LUMPUR: World No. 8 ranked amateur woman golfer Mirabel Ting will get the opportunity to tee off with the world’s best in the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) after receiving a sponsor’s invitation to the Maybank Championship next month.

The 19-year-old Sarawakian is one of three invitees, along with the nation’s top-ranked lady professional Ashley Lau and Maybank’s Asean ambassador Kelly Tan, for the competition at the Kuala Lumpur Golf and Country Club (KLGCC) from Oct 24-27.
