Rising golfer Ammer nicks overall title at International Junior Open

PETALING JAYA: Having made the switch to golf five years ago, Ammer Aiman continues to solidify his status as one of the most promising young golfers in the country after taking the overall male champion title at the Malaysian Golf Association (MGA) International Junior Golf Open last week.

The 17-year-old beat South Korea’s Kevin Woowon in the playoff with a 214 total at the Senibong Golf Club in Gelang Patah on Oct 5.
