AS the season gets underway in earnest, so too is it the start of the first full year in the professional game for a quartet of young Malaysian players – Liyana Durisic, Ng Jing Xuen (JX), Winnie Ng and Zulaikha Nasser, hoping to mark their mark.
While they’ve already played as pros or as amateurs in pro events and tasted success as in the case of Winnie and Zulaikha on the PGM and Toyota Tours, the real grind of the professional game begins for them this week.
