PETALING JAYA: Perak appears to have a penchant for winning the Razak Cup.
The northern state defended their title and won the Razak Cup trophy for the 11th time after beating Pahang 2-1 in the men's final at the National Hockey Stadium in Bukit Jalil on Sunday (Nov 21).
