PETALING JAYA: After failing to make the selection list for two Asian Games - Incheon 2014 and Jakarta-Palembang 2018 - national hockey player Ramadan Rosli was almost resigned to missing the boat again for this year’s edition in Hangzhou.

But the 32-year-old veteran could not believe his luck when he received a call from national coach A. Arulselvaraj that he would be boarding the flight to China this time.
