Speedy Tigers get physical ahead of ACT challenge


PETALING JAYA: A six-week physical conditioning programme, delayed due to the Sultan Azlan Cup and the Nations Cup as well as the tour of Europe, will begin this week.

And the sessions are expected to prepare the Speedy Tigers to run the distance in the Asian Champions Trophy (ACT) from Sept 8-17 in Inner Mongolia, China.
