PETALING JAYA: National hockey midfielder Fitri Saari is as fit as fiddle after going through six weeks of tough physical training under German fitness coach Joerg Teichmann.

Teichmann is shaping up the Speedy Tigers to last the pace in the Asian Champions Trophy (ACT) from Sept 8-17 in Hulunbuir, Inner Mongolia.
