PETALING JAYA: Veteran striker Faizal Saari once again proved how valuable he is for Malaysia by netting a hattrick in the Speedy Tigers’ 4-2 win over South Korea in a friendly match ahead of the Asian Champions Trophy (ACT) in Inner Mongolia, China, yesterday.

Faizal, 33, scored a field goal in the 13th minute at the Moqi Training Centre and converted two penalty corners in the 49th and 54th minutes while young defender Faris Harizan scored through another penalty corner attempt in the 35th minute.
