MHC seeking funding for youths to compete in Oman


JOHOR BAHRU: The Malaysian Hockey Confederation (MHC) hope the Ministry of Youth and Sports will fund the men’s and women’s youth hockey teams preparing for the Asian Youth Cup tournament in Oman this November.

MHC president Datuk Seri Subahan Kamal said the ministry’s allocation through the National Sports Council (NSC) was needed to help cover the cost of flight tickets, logistics and accommodation for the team and coaches.
