Azroy tops round nine but Afif takes CP150 title


PETALING JAYA: Ahmad Afif Amran of Petronas Sprinta Yamaha-CKJ Racing Team became the overall CP150 champion in the Malaysian Cub Prix Championship despite finishing only sixth in round nine at the Sepang International Circuit.

Afif’s effort took his points tally to 157 and he finished top of the overall standings ahead of last year’s winner Azroy Hakeem Anuar of Honda Yuzy Idemitsu (128).
