Helmi overcomes misfortune to lift first title in ARRC this season


LOMBOK: With tears in his eyes, Mohd Helmi Azman (pic) rushed to hug his family members as soon as he got down from his machine after winning the Supersports 600cc in the Asia Road Racing Championship (ARRC).

The rider from Boon Siew Honda Racing Team finally nailed his first win of the season after completing 10-lap in Race 1 with a time of 16:32.170 in Round 4 of the competition at the Pertamina Mandalika International Circuit in Lombok, Indonesia, yesterday.
