PETALING JAYA: Not even the changing conditions of the circuit ground could deter Ahmad Afif Amran (pic) from setting the fastest lap time in the qualifying session of Round 9 of the Petronas Malaysian Cub Prix Championship.

Competing in the CP150 category, Ahmad of Petronas Sprinta Yamaha – CKJ Racing rider recorded an impressive best lap time of 43.460 to emerge as the fastest in the qualifying session in Tangkak yesterday.
