Azroy leaves field in his slipstream after taking lead in ninth lap


PETALING JAYA: Malaysia’s Azroy Hakeem Anuar (pic) spoiled the party for Indonesia in the SuperSport 600cc category when he claimed the Race 1 chequered flag in Round 4 of the Asia Road Racing Championship at Mandalika International Circuit in Indonesia.

Azroy, riding for Idemitsu Boon Siew Honda Racing Team, managed to take the lead on lap nine and he never looked back, crossing the finish line in 19:48.985s.
