Here comes the sun: Spectators getting some shade under their umbrellas during the free practice session yesterday.

SEPANG: MotoGP riders face a lot of difficult hurdles in every season – from handling 215mph top speeds at the longest straight at the Mugello Circuit in Italy; false starts and finding your leathers unzipped as in the case of Spaniard Marc Marquez at Buriram last month.

And in the Malaysia Grand Prix this weekend, they also have to cope with the searing heat and humidity.
