An early silver: Cheong Min the first to perform and deliver


PETALING JAYA: Tan Cheong Min (pic) gave Malaysia a flying start by punching her way to a silver in the women’s nanquan at the World Wushu Championships in Shanghai, China.

The 21-year-old was the first exponent to enter the court in the very first event on the opening day of the biennial world meet and her powerful display earned her 9.543 points.
