Takraw silver comes with vengeance for regu team

IT was sweet revenge for the national sepaktakraw men’s regu team as they defeated Indonesia 2-1 in their final round robin match to bag the silver medal in the team regu event at the Subic Gymnasium.

It was nail-biting match as the first regu of Mohd Syahmi Husin, Farhan Adam and Hafizul Hayazi Adnan lost to the Indonesians and it fell to the second regu of Hairul Hazizi Haidzar, Aidil Aiman Azwawi and Azlan Alias to regain parity yesterday.
