KARATE exponent Lim Hui Ling shed tears of joy after capturing the women’s kata gold in the Malaysia Games (Sukma) at the UiTM Sports Complex in Shah Alam.

Yesterday, Penang’s Hui Ling, who was part of the bronze-medal winning women’s team at the Hanoi SEA Games in May, gave a great display to beat Brunei’s Farhah Syahirah Shamrin in the final a day after teammate Yong Kojiro won the men’s gold.
