SEA Games 2023: Norsyakirah hustles her way to silat gold

PHNOM PENH: Norsyakirah Muksin rose to the occasion to capture gold in the pencak silat competition, when she won the women's below 45kg category in the 2023 SEA Games in Cambodia on Wednesday (May 10).

Norsyakirah fought hard to beat Indonesia's Suci Wulandari 36-33 in a thrilling final at the Chroy Changvar Convention Center in Phnom Penh.

It was the second gold from silat after twin brothers Mohd Danial Azrol and Mohd Danial Azray Noorazizan clinched the men's artistic ganda seni title on Monday (May 8).
