IT WAS a golden sisters act as the taekwondo duo of Nurul Hidayah Abdul Karim and Nur Humaira Abdul Karim both won gold in their events.

The 21-year-old Humaira first executed her routine to perfection to win the women’s poomsae individual event at the Chroy Changvar Convention Centre, in Phnom Penh.
