After four tries, Chee Feng gets first solo medal


IT was a watershed moment for paddler Leong Chee Feng (pic), who finally won his first individual medal after four SEA Games appearances.

The 25-year-old Chee Feng settled for bronze after going down 8-11, 7-11, 6-11, 11-9, 10-12 to Izaac Quek Yong of Singapore in the men’s singles semi-finals at the Morodok Techno National Stadium: Table Tennis Hall yesterday.
