SARAWAK shot putter Jonah Chang was wearing a big grin – but he was also hiding a lot of pain.

When he broke the Malaysia Games (Sukma) shot putt record at the Sarawak Stadium yesterday, the 21-year-old from Sarikei was wearing a lot of tape on his chest, because of an injury that affected some of his throws.
