MANY in his university did not understand why Mohd Aman Sofee Mohd Zahari (pic) would use the campus Playstation 5 for hours but yesterday, he was having the last laugh.

The 20-year-old’s perseverance paid off as he won the gold medal in Tekken-8 for Melaka at the Malaysia Games (Sukma) esports event after winning 9-0 against Johor’s Mohd Haiqal Haqimi Pawzi at the Swinburne University of Technology.
